The PREMIUM Subscription ($99 annually) gives you all the benefits of a PRO Subscription plus you can add more information and more categories. Post your resume and have your listing come up first and highlighted as a 'Featured' listing.
The PREMIUM Subscription includes:
- Name and/or Company Name
- Phone number and email address
- Website URL
- Business description and resume
- Up to 5 images (photos, logos)
- Up to 5 categories
- Video or Audio Reel
The FOA goal is to provide accurate information on the skill levels and professionalism of its subscribers to ensure quality service to the Industry. Applicants for Pro and Premium levels must include the following information.
- Current résumé or qualification letter on company letterhead explaining who you are, the services you or your company provides and how long you’ve been in business.
- Three (3) unique references for each category will be required.
- Call sheets, contracts or pay stubs are also acceptable. This information is preferred in electronic form.
Note: For companies or individuals that already have established their credentials, the above information is not required.
