FILM OREGON ALLIANCE

The FOA goal is to provide accurate information on the skill levels and professionalism of its subscribers to ensure quality service to the Industry.

FOA applicants must be located in Oregon or willing to work as a local hire in Oregon.

ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WITH PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED.

FOA provides a “Free Basic Listing” which will appear in one (1) category only and allow limited contact information consisting of name, union status and phone or email

All directory applicants for Pro and Premium levels must include he following information:

1. Current résumé or qualification letter on company letterhead explaining who you are, the services you or your company provides and how long you’ve been in business.
2. Three (3) unique references for each category will be required.
3. Call sheets, contracts or pay stubs are also acceptable. This information is preferred in electronic form.

Note: For companies or individuals that already have established their credentials, the above information is not required.

References can be from a variety of advertising agencies, film, TV, commercial production companies or music video production companies. Call sheets, contracts, invoices or pay stubs are also acceptable.

Applicants should include union / non-union status as well as association affiliations and any agency representation if applicable.

• For PRO and PREMIUM listings all applicants must pay an application fee of $25.00 for a new application which will be applied towards your subscription if accepted. Subscription is renewed annually unless cancelled. If for any reason, subscriber must cancel their subscription, subscriber will notify FOA in writing, and will be responsible for any fee balance up to the date of their cancellation letter. Prepaid subscriptions are not refundable. Applicants can pay online by credit card or check. All application fees are non-refundable regardless of whether an application is eventually accepted or not.
• Sponsorships with FOA have no bearing on listing approvals. As you do not have to be a qualified listee to be a sponsor, sponsors do not automatically qualify for listings.
• No special provisions—such as additional text—can be provided in listings. No exceptions.
• We only list companies by their actual business name. You may be asked to provide additional business information. A dba or fictitious business name statement is not acceptable.
• You may apply at any time and postings may take a few days for review and approval. Please be patient.
• Applicants may be required to complete an interview with our editors.
• FOA editorial staff has final say in all matters regarding what goes into our directories and our websites. FOA reserves the right to review, confirm, edit and or omit any listing or Enhanced Dedicated Page in whole or in part at our discretion. Listings are editorial content and have no monetary value.

How to Submit your listing

1. Read and assemble the information listed above.
   
2. Submit your $25.00 registration fee online through our shopping cart or a check may be submitted with your application.
   
3. Submit all information to FOA:
